Profile of natural action patterns

The world sees your output.
It never sees the bill.

Some things you do well leave you charged. Others you do just as well, and they quietly drain you. Nobody has ever separated the two for you.

Burnout doesn't come from what you're bad at.
It comes from what you're good at.

How it works

Every pattern gets measured twice

Every popular test measures one thing: how strong a trait is. We measure a second one - what using it costs you. Only together do they say anything useful.

Dimension 1

Pull

How strongly a way of working fires on its own, without you deciding. This is what every personality test already measures.

Dimension 2

Cost

How much energy using it takes. Whether an hour of that work leaves you charged or wrung out. Almost nobody measures this.

Two people can handle the same hard conversation equally well. One walks out charged. The other needs two hours of silence to recover. An ordinary test shows two identical people here. These are two completely different people.

The result

Four zones instead of a ranking

Crossing the two dimensions gives four situations. Each of your 25 patterns lands in one of them.

Core

Strong and cheap

You do it well and come out with more energy than you went in with. This is where you're most yourself.

Build on it

Toll

Strong and expensive

You're good at it, you reach for it yourself, the world rewards you for it - and it eats you. The bill arrives late.

Ration and shield

Spare

Weak and cheap

Nothing special, but it costs you nothing either. Safe to reach for when the situation calls for it.

Use without worry

Leak

Weak and expensive

Bad and costly at once. Every hour spent here is a double loss - of output and of energy.

Hand off or scaffold

Why Toll matters most

It's the only place where the signals from outside are systematically misleading. People see the output and reward it. You get more of it, because you're good at it. Nothing ever tells you to stop - until something gives out, and nobody can explain why. On paper everything looked fine.

Taxonomy

25 patterns across five phases of action

We don't sort people into types. We split every piece of work into five phases and find out where you're cheap and where you're expensive.

What you get

01

Your Map of 25

Every pattern plotted on the strength-by-cost matrix. One chart that shows at a glance where you're cheap and where you're paying.

02

The Toll section

For each expensive pattern: how much of it is safe per week, what to put alongside it to lower the price, and how you'll know you've crossed the line.

03

Your week, redrawn

The profile translated into a calendar. Which blocks to protect and what to move, so the day starts in your Core rather than in a Leak.

One access level

There's no basic tier and no premium tier. Nothing unlocks for an extra fee. You pay once and get the whole result - all 25 patterns, both dimensions, every section.

Showing you the Core without the Toll would be worse than showing nothing. That's exactly what one-dimensional tests do, and it's exactly where the problem comes from.

We don't sell you half of yourself.

See what it costs on the pricing page - or just take the test first.

Before Monday

Which of the things you are best at is quietly costing you the most?

It is almost never the one you would guess. It is usually the one people thank you for - which is exactly why it has gone unnoticed for years.

Questions

Two ways. First, we measure not only how strong a pattern is but what it costs you in energy - a second dimension you will find almost nowhere else. Second, the top layer is not personality types but phases of action. You will not learn what type of person you are. You will learn where in any piece of work you are cheap and where you are expensive.

No. It is a development tool. It is not for diagnosing disorders, assessing health, or making hiring decisions. The methodology is still being validated and we say so plainly - the current status is stated honestly in every report.

Pattern strength is fairly stable. Cost shifts with your condition, your stage of life and your surroundings - which is good news, because it means something can be improved. Every report carries its measurement date. It is a snapshot, not a verdict. A retake after a year is included.
